Three-phase energy meter with current transformer 1/5A or direct connection up to 80A and Ethernet interface

Three-phase energy meter with current transformer 1/5A or
direct connection up to 80A and Ethernet interface

Type EZD-TCP

Application

The EZD-TCP electronic energy meter is used to detect the import and export active and reactive energy in three-phase systems regardless of load. It is used in industrial plant, workshops, machinery and offices etc. The energy values are displayed, stored and made available to an Ethernet interface for further processing. All values for current, voltage, frequency, power, work and rotary field can be read off the LCD display. The connection is made via a current transformer with a secondary rated current of 1 or 5 amps.

Function

The quantities to be measured reach an integrated module via external and internal current transformers and a voltage divider. The instantaneous values of current and voltage are detected here. A microcontroller takes over the evaluation and storage of the measured values. The values are shown on an LCD display. A separate supply voltage is not required since this is obtained from the measuring voltage. The meter readings and programming are stored in the event of mains failure. The measured values can be displayed via the Ethernet interface in common web browsers.
